Employment Application

Positions Available

All positions at CFC require FBI fingerprint check, as well as Act 33 & 34 clearances. Additionally, all positions requre a valid PA driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance. The employee may be required to tranport clients for services. Approved mileage will be reimbursed. Applicants must possess good communication skills, patience and have a caring personality.

CFC has four part-time positions that hire on an on-going, as-needed basis. Applications are always accepted, kept on file, and reviewed as cases become available. Hours are flexible and cases can range from 2-30 hours per week. Some cases may require evening and/or weekend hours.



Financial Coordinator Position Available

Support Specialists (ADSS)

  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, experience working with adults with disabilities  preferred but not required. Employees act as community supports for adults with developmental disabilities. See the ADSS page for more information.

In-Home Counselor (In-Home Services)

  • Qualifications: Master's Degree in Human Services from an accredited college/university, experience in the human service field.

Home Support Staff (In-Home Services)

  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Experience in In-Home Services or related field preferred but not necessary. Please see In-Home Services page for more information.

Mentor

  • Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Please see In-Home Services for more information.

Other Positions Available: Family Living Respite Home wanted for MR adults served by the Adult Direct Support Service Department. Respite homes provide temporary housing options to support Family Living  Providers. For more information, please contact ADSS at 336-3007.
